Vision
The term "vision insurance" is commonly used to describe health and wellness plans designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care (eye exams) and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).
Dental Coverage
Dental insurance is insurance that covers dental care. Dental insurance plans typically have deductibles that must be paid before treatment is provided. They also have benefit caps that limit how much the insurance plan will pay for adult dental care, and there is no limit to how high your out-of-pocket costs can be for adult dental care. They also may have a waiting period for basic and major services up to 12 months if you have not had previous coverage. Contact us for additional coverage information.
Hearing
Hearing care insurance coverage for hearing loss is limited. Medicare and some health insurance plans will pay for the cost of an audiologist's hearing examination required for obtaining hearing aids but do not cover the cost of the hearing aid itself. Occasionally, vision insurance includes hearing coverage at a minimum cost.
